Some items due to the weight and size might require freight truck shipping. You will be contacted if your item meets the requirements. No additional fees will be applied if you item is required to be shipped via freight.
Express 2 day shipping offered only on select products for a fee of $19.95. Standard and economy shipping under $100.00 are subject to a shipping fee at checkout. Excludes express and foreign shipments.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and U.S. Virgin Islands please contact us first before purchase to receive your shipping quote as there will be additional shipping charges.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment. Ordering process takes between 1-2 business days. Please note if your order is placed on a Friday, your order will be processed the following Monday.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card and it will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of your order. (Please note some items may take longer during peak periods) or if your order is placed on a Friday the following Monday it will ship. An email will be sent to notify you if shipment is expected to be late.
We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

Accessories and smaller items will ship ground UPS/FedEx. Larger or oversized items ship via Truck Freight/LTL trucking. We will contact you with the email provided and/or phone number if scheduling is needed or If any changes have been made. Orders cannot be cancelled once in transit. Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not sign and agree to accept the delivery. Do not dispose any of the packaging or clean the product.
If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging.

This limited warranty does not apply to products that have been used commercially or for rental purposes. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, blemishes that do not affect the operation of the product, or damage caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, shipping damages, acts of God, negligence of the user or misuse, improper or insufficient care or maintenance. DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE USE OF OTHER REPLACEMENT PARTS NOT MEETING THE DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS OF THE ORIGINAL PARTS WILL NOT BE COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. The cost of normal maintenance or replacement parts which are not in breach of the limited warranty are the responsibility of the purchaser. Prior to using products, the purchaser shall determine the suitability of the products for the intended use and assumes all related risk and liability. Any assistance JOME provides to or procures for the purchaser outside the terms, limitations or exclusions of this limited warranty will not constitute a waiver of the terms, limitations or exclusions, nor will such assistance extend or revive the warranty. The Raptor spike is covered by the five year warranty (plus parts and labor to install). After the five year warranty, the spike will be covered by the limited lifetime warranty (part only).
